_**We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and customer focussed advisors to join a team based in Hedge End, near Southampton.**_
The role is a permanent, full time position, 40 hours per week and will include some weekend shifts. It will be **office based in Hedge End initially**with hybrid options after 3 months.
The role comes with full training and extensive benefits package, including healthcare and wellness funds, 25 days of holiday plus a day for your birthday and company bonus opportunities. The offices are also newly refurbished offering a private, luxurygym onsite, ample break out areas, table tennis, football table and free refreshments.
The ideal applicants for this role will be;
- Previous experience within a Customer Service Advisor* role is desirable, however this can include backgrounds in hospitality, retail, care, contact centres or banking.
- Applicants who are willing to go above and beyond to ensure consistent and exemplary customer service.
- A problem solver, able to remain calm under pressure and work to get a smooth resolution to customer issues.
- Applicants with a good knowledge of IT systems and using multiple systems throughout the working day.
