**The Role**:
We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Co-Ordinator to support our growing Finance Department. You will be overseeing the Accounts Payable function including the Accounts Payable Assistant and reporting to the Finance Manager.
**Salary**: £25,000 per annum.
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm (half an hour break).
Holiday: 20 days plus all Bank Holidays off.
**Key responsibilities within the role include**:
- Processing of invoices received from suppliers, ensuring they are entered onto QuickBooks in a timely manner.
- The role would also be responsible for raising, processing and matching purchase orders to supplier invoices.
- The coding and allocation of invoices to corresponding cost codes/centres.
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations are completed.
- Assisting in reconciliation of Aged Creditors.
- Assisting in payment runs and ensure all information held on file for suppliers is accurate.
- Support invoicing function as required within department and any other ad-hoc duties.
- Other duties will include vehicle fleet management (vehicle hire, insurance, fuel cards and PCNs).
- **Previous accounts payable experience is essential.**:
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally.
- Proactive, positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Good excel skills with the ability to produce reports.
- Quickbooks experience would be desirable.
