**Responsibilities**:
**Drive world class customer experience and operational excellence**
- Drive the development and execution of implementation project plans for the assigned customers to ensure that all project phases are completed on time and within budget while delivering an unparalleled customer experience
- Monitoring all aspects of implementation projects from start to finish, including planning, organizing, overseeing workflow, and communicating progress to key stakeholders, both clinical and non-clinical. Promptly implement corrective actions, as and when required, to guarantee delivery against contracted Service Level Agreements and maximize Versius uptime.
- Undertake case support & troubleshooting in the Operating Room for surgical teams who are trained to use Versius. And gradually plan and oversee the second phase of clinical cases and beyond at new Versius installations.
- Ensure ongoing customer support and a smooth implementation project by regularly sharing Versius Service Delivery Reviews with customers to thoroughly monitor system use and promptly highlight corrective and preventative action to be undertaken during the implementation plan to ensure efficient patient throughput and system utilization in-line with contracted case volume.
- Support the team with internal planning and forecasting processes, as and when required, producing and sharing Versius system utilisation reports with all the relevant stakeholders

We're a rapidly developing company and roles can change and evolve. You'll be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Commercial team's remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have/be:

- Experience in Operating Room process management or hospital staff education development/training with demonstrated experience in customer and peer training, specifically related to advanced technology within a clinical environment
- Stakeholder Management and Interdependent Partnering skills - demonstrated records/examples of cooperating across functions
- Strong project management and organizational skills, being responsible for a variety of key planning and coordinating activities including maintaining and adhering to timelines and contracted Service Level Agreements for the installation and implementation project plans
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues and build strong long-term relationships with key opinion leaders
- Inherently self-disciplined - much of the role will the autonomous and require diligent and persistent follow up
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess the profitability of different scenarios

It would also be helpful if you have:

- Life science degree preferred or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience
- Experience of Minimal Access Surgery, Navigation and/or Robotics
