**Finance Administrator - **Maternity Leave cover - 12-month contract.

We are recruiting for a full time Finance Administrator to join our dedicated and team at Camphill.
You will need to be highly motivated and organised with a strong attention to detail. You will assist the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Company’s finances for the continued growth and success of the Company.

**What you will be doing**
- Create and maintain customer accounts in the finance system.
- Set up and send monthly/termly education, day services, residential and ad hoc invoices on Xero.
- Receipt payments and ensure coding is correct to post to the ledger.
- Escalate overdue balances to the Finance Manager.
- Ensure income coding is completed.
To assist with the day-to-day operation of the purchase ledger:
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
- Input supplier invoices to Xero ensuring all transactions are authorised and accurately recorded.
- Reconcile supplier accounts/statements, liaising with suppliers to correct discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation of supplier payments for BACS.
Daily reconciliation of supplier statements to Xero balances, investigating discrepancies
- Attend an interview in person.
- Give details for us to complete Reference and DBS checks.
