Residencial childcare worker vacancy

Bright Path Care are looking to appoint Team Leaders in their new home based in Swinton. This is a home for 2 young people to live in a safe and nurturing environment, providing care to children and young people aged 11-17, 365 days per year.

As a residential childcare worker, you should be motivated and have a genuine interest in delivering the highest quality of care for children and young people. You will work as part of a care team with support and development opportunities supported by the senior team. You will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in order to achieve positive outcomes.

You will also need a desire to undertake a professional qualification relating to working with children and young people. This is a fully funded qualification. You will be required to carry out sleep in duties.

Salary starts at £26,281.52 with additional benefits including time and half paid for bank holiday working.

This is unique and exciting opportunity to be part of the management team as the home opens and be part a developing services.

£50 per night sleep in

**Salary**: £26,281.52 per year
