Sales Consultant

**Role Overview**:
Mitchell Glass is on the lookout for an energetic Sales Consultant (Experienced/ trainee) to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Attain and exceed sales targets with set margins.
- Deliver professional service to all stakeholders.
- Efficiently handle CRM and showroom operations.
- Actively engage with our social media strategy.
- Live out company values.

**Performance Standards**:

- Provide timely quotations.
- Complete all required paperwork within set deadlines.
- Respond to new leads swiftly.
- Uphold punctuality and reliability.
- Maintain a professional demeanor.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent understanding of customer needs and solution offerings.
- Proficient in product knowledge and IT systems.
- A driver's license obtained or in process (must be obtained within 3 months of hire).

**Work Schedule**:

- 39 hours per week, flexible scheduling to meet business needs, including Saturdays on a rotational basis.

Please note training will be provided.

**Salary**: £15,500.00-£36,000.00 per year
