Fire Extinguisher Engineer

Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting for an adaptable and enthusiastic Portable Fire Extinguisher Engineer to join the team in the Dublin area. This is a field-based role visiting customer premises across the region, servicing fire extinguishersto relevant British Standards whilst adhering to health & safety requirements. If you are self-motivated and like unlocking opportunities, this is a role where you will be able to continually identify and deliver further sales opportunities with customersin your area.

**What will I be doing as a Portable Fire Extinguisher Engineer?**
- Plan your appointments and call outs to maximise service time and ensure cost efficiency
- Build relationships with customers looking for growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales
- Maintain adequate van stocks/spares
- Installation and servicing of fire extinguishers on customers sites

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills; you’ll be comfortable talking to a wide variety of people
- Be self-motivated, with the resilience to achieve targets and bring in additional opportunities
- Have previous work experience in a hands-on service environment (field based preferred but not essential)
- Hold a current Irish driving licence

- Base salary plus monthly commission with realistic on target earnings (OTE) of €45,000 - €50,000
