**Your new role
**Working closely with the CEO and Financial Controller, you will be involved in a full and varied range of duties including;
Administrative support to the business
Company secretarial duties, including licences, certificates, quality assurance and ensuring that all certification is up to date
Basic recruitment duties, advertising vacancies and organising interviews, on-boarding documentation
Some PA duties to the CEO and other senior team members
**What you'll need to succeed
**Enjoy variety and a varied workload
Strong office management skills
Some exposure to recruitment processes or HR duties
Office management experience eg setting up IT, insurance etc
