Job Introduction
As a Quality, Health & Safety Administrator at Sodexo based on site at Manchester University Hospital, your contribution will play a vital role in ensuring a safe working environment and promoting a strong safety culture across the business.

You will work closely with the QHSE Manager to monitor compliance with policies and procedures, and assist in the preparation of risk assessments, safe systems of work, and incident reporting.

Main Responsibilities
**What you’ll do**:

- Assist with preparing risk assessments, safe systems of work, and incident reporting
- Support with weekly selections of Quality Assurance jobs plus preparation of paperwork for Quality Assurance walkarounds
- Support the QHSE Manager with internal audits, including production of action plans, tracking close-out of recommendations to ensure contractual and statutory compliance, and to drive continual improvement of service provision
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and teams
- Support and work to continuously improve the safety culture within the business
- Support the QHSE Manager in ensuring a safe working environment and safe systems of work are followed
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

**What you'll bring**:

- Genuine interest in Health & Safety and a desire to develop and succeed
- Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
- Experienced gained from within an administration role - ideally gained from within Health & Safety
- Consistently demonstrate high standards of safety behaviour, leading by example, promoting safety culture
- Excellent communication skills and able to develop positive client relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Knowledge of MS office
