Alexander House Care Home is looking to appoint a Clinical Lead. _(RGN/RMN)_
Our newly built care home is in the charming suburb of Pinhoe, Exeter. We offer exceptional standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care for 67 residents.
As Clinical Lead, your role will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, helping to lead our team with passion and commitment, forming strong relationships with residents, their relatives and multi-disciplinary teams.
**Clinical Lead Contract**
23.50 per hour
Contracted to 48-hours per week.
5.6 weeks annual leave
Pension
Uniform provided
DBS paid
Free parking
**Clinical Lead Qualifications & Experience**
Qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN)
Experienced working with the elderly.
Able to lead and manage a team.
Support staff with further training and support.
