**What does the role entail**:
Two-week initial training and induction programme for trainee entry-level seasonal Instructors is provided.

Trainee seasonal instructors should have a genuine passion and interest in outdoor activity. They should have completed training or be working towards training in at least one of the following national governing body qualifications:

- Paddle Sport Instructor (plus Personal Performance Award)
- Rock Climbing Instructor (formerly SPA) / Climbing Wall Instructor (or CWA)
- Summer Mountain Leader / Hill & Moorland Leader
- Dinghy Assistant Instructor

**Your day will consist of**:

- Providing inspirational, safe, high-quality instruction and learning to our clients in conjunction with the aims of the Centre and the objectives of the client.
- Ensuring that activities, equipment, group areas and accommodation has been prepared for clients in accordance with the Centre standards.
- Achieving and maintaining high standards of customer care.
- Being part of the duty team including night on-call duties as required.
