Payroll Advisor

This is a superb opportunity to join my client as a senior payroll advisor in a newly created role.

**Client Details**

My client is a rapidly growing business seeking to add a senior payroll advisor to their busy team.

**Description**
- Monthly UK payroll for currently 250 staff
- Co-ordinate the international payroll with our tax advisors over 5 countries
- Processing starters and leavers
- Ensuring SMP/SSP/SPP payments are calculated and processed in line with each country's regulations
- Administer any legislation changes
- Update tax code changes on Sage Cloud 50
- Monthly Pension submissions in accordance with local regions reporting requirements
- Calculating and submitting HMRC P32 payments
- Processing year end P60's, P11d's
- Monthly reports e.g. Headcount/Overtime analysis for SMT/Directors
- Monthly payroll journals for UK & Global companies
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations (approx. 40) for both UK & Global companies
- Monitor Timesheets for completion each week and in time for payroll and shadow payroll processes.
- Additional Ad Hoc duties as and when required.

**Profile**
- CIPP Qualified ideally (not essential)
- Experience assisting with global mobility compliance (preferred, not essential)
- Proven working experience processing payroll, ideally within an international environment (but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
