**Maintenance Operative**

A 5 month fixed term seasonal vacancy for a seasonal Maintenance Operative to join our maintenance team and undertake general maintenance duties at our beautiful Lakeside Park. The role will include the following duties
- Collect household waste from around the park and holiday homes.
- Mow and strim park grounds.
- Maintain trees, shrubs, gardens and hedges.
- Undertake minor maintenance repairs ensuring that emergencies are prioritised
- Construct and deliver sheds.
- Collect and deliver storage boxes.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment is maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure health and safety of customers, staff and self in all work undertaken.
- Carry out authorised training as required.
- Perform other maintenance duties as required.

will require some weekend and bank holiday cover
