**Care Assistants Roles & Responsibilities (vary from client to client but are summarised below)**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing and nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens
- Assisting clients with their medication needs
- Assist in the safe moving and handling of clients
- Providing when required a shopping service by the service user
