Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- 1 year Experience
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care
- Support patients with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Implement care plans under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Provide assistance in care homes or home care settings
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and communication

**Skills**:

- Ability to drive to different locations as required
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Familiarity with care plans and procedures
- Experience in care homes or home care is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
- Basic IT skills for documentation and record keeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £10.75 per hour
