**Position Overview**:We are currently seeking a qualified SIA Security Guard who has been a resident of the United Kingdom for the past five years to join our team at. This individual will be responsible for safeguarding our corporate sites located in London, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and personnel., you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment at designated corporate locations. You will play a critical role in protecting personnel, property, and information from potential threats and ensuring compliance with security protocols and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Access Control**: Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles to maintain security of premises. Verify credentials and issue visitor passes when required.
- **Patrols and Surveillance**: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter suspicious activity. Use surveillance equipment effectively to monitor areas for security breaches or potential threats.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance. Take appropriate action during emergencies, such as evacuations, first aid, or contacting emergency services.
- **Security Checks**: Conduct thorough security checks of designated areas, including buildings, grounds, and parking lots, to identify and address security risks or vulnerabilities.
- **Report Writing**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, observations, and activities. Prepare written reports documenting security breaches, unusual occurrences, or other relevant information.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. Address inquiries, provide assistance, and enforce site-specific rules and regulations courteously and professionally.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and client representatives to enhance security measures and respond effectively to security threats or concerns.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those set forth by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid SIA Security Guard License.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Pay: £11.44-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Traffic Marshal: 1 year (preferred)
- SIA Door Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- SIA (required)
