We currently have an opportunity to work in our busy patient services teams, where you will be the first point of contact for patients attending the practice and on the phone. We are looking for an excellent communicator, with good IT and communication skills, to join our busy team.

The Hollies is a friendly, high achieving practice based on the edge of Tamworth town centre and provides care to 16000 patients.

You will carry out the duties in the job description, which includes:
**Greeting patients in a friendly manner and responding to their requests**

**Arranging appointments for patients and signposting to relevant services.**

**Answering and dealing with telephone or face to face enquiries**

**Liaising with Doctors, Nurses and other members of the team to provide a quality service for patients**

We require you:

**To ensure high levels of accuracy are maintained in all aspects of work.**
