**Overview**
The Sales Support Administrator will be an integral part of the team, supporting the Client Relationship Managers and Directors in a sales support capacity, assisting them with delivering the company’s new leasing, portfolio management and consultancy services to our client base.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing administrative and marketing support to the Asset Finance team as required
- Recording client activity and enquiries on Salesforce, which is Link’s CRM system
- Drafting tenders and reports and maintaining Management Information
- Providing Lessor feedback
- Raising invoice requests
- Attending client meetings to take and produce meeting minutes
- Undertaking other duties and activities outside of those listed when required

- Demonstrable experience in an administration role
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- A good team player with the flexibility to support the team as and when required
- Strong IT skills
- An ability to keep calm under pressure
