Duties will include:

- Drive change through reviewing current systems and suggesting necessary improvements rolling these out across the department.
- Lead on horizon scanning to highlight areas for improvement.
- Design training for system users and run workshops to deliver the training.
- Work closely with Executives throughout the charity on financial strategies and key decisions ensuring systems allow these objectives to be met.
- Continuously review systems and develop capability and user knowledge.
- Drive value for money and efficiency.
- Oversee risk management ensuring financial risks are mitigated.
- Act as trusted advisor to the wider organisation answering complex accounting queries.
- Encourage a culture of constant development and drive a high performing team environment.

This permanent Finance Business Partner - Systems vacancy is the perfect opportunity for someone with several years’ experience in a systems focused role and extensive experience of using ERP and Cloud systems. This position can be offered on a fully remotebasis.
