**About the role**

We’re excited to be looking for an
**Accreditation & Employer Services Officer** to join our Product & Content Development team. This is a key role in supporting our customers to develop brilliant qualifications and CPD content unique to them. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team who are committed to helping customers deliver transformational learning experiences for our learners.

**Some of your key responsibilities will be**:

- Reviewing customer’s unregulated qualification and CPD training package content, including providing technical feedback to customers and making decisions based on if there are any regulatory and\or business impact
- Inputting, reviewing and maintaining all accreditation products on the NCFE database (and associated systems), including new product entries, ensuring high quality and compliance with regulation
- Reviewing customers’ website and promotional literature to ensure they are advertising correctly and in accordance with the Qualifications Regulators’ conditions of recognition
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with strategic partners, key customers, stakeholder and employers relating to accreditation products and services
- Working closely with the Business Development and International teams to retain and maximise Accreditation Services sales

**We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience**:

- Technical customer service experience
- Planning and organising skills
- Project management skills
- Relationship-building and negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- Ability to communicate advice, information, and guidance to a range of audiences
- Ability to work well under pressure and be able to multi-task and co-ordinate several projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to change in a positive manner
