**To be considered for the Humanities Teacher role, you must**:

- Have Qualified Status Teacher (QTS) through a PGCE, B.Ed. with QTS or equivalent.
- Have experience in teaching Humanities.
- Create and deliver lessons according to the National Curriculum
- Regularly assess and review pupils progress and achievement
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be resilient and have good behaviour management skills
- Monitor, evaluate and intervene to ensure all students are working towards expected level
- Develop and maintain a learning environment in line with the school’s values
- Have experience of working collaboratively within a team of people to provide a stimulating learning environment
- Be in possession of a child only enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to process one through GSL.
