Our comprehensive range of contract packing services have been developedand tailored in response to the requirements of our clients.

Our **Kingswinford** site are now recruiting for a **Warehouse Administrator - nights**on a full time, permanent basis.

**Salary**:£11.50ph (+ £1.50ph nights)

**Working hours**: Any 5 days in 7, 10pm to 6am (with a requirement to change to rotating days during the low season)

???????The purpose of a **Warehouse Administrator** is to ensure that all Goods In vehicles are booked, tipped and monitored in a timely, effective and accurate manner.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:

- Liaising with drivers to ensure deliveries are booked in
- Ensure vehicles are booked in and out on the traffic sheet
- Checking goods in and finished goods out of the Warehouse, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed
- Ensure finished products are checked and are booked on both the WMS systems SAP and SAGE
- Working with drivers to establish what loads are to be taken of which vehicle and which loads are to be loaded
- Ensure that all stock is moved and assigned correctly by using the WMS system
- Provide accurate accounting and attention to detail to ensure finished goods and lines of orders to be shipped are 100% correct
- Maintain hygiene standards within the warehouse and in the yard area
- Using the warehouse management system to accurately record all stock movements, this includes handheld scanner
- Participate in regular PI counts/ad hoc stock checks helping to ensure stock accuracy
- Ensure that the pallet reconciliation spreadsheet is up to date and accurate.
- Report all near misses/possible hazards/damage to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
- Ensure all relevant information is shared at shift handover
- Loading of wagons on FLT
- Locating stock away on VNA

**Qualifications**
- Must have experience on warehousing computer systems
- Good understanding of Excel
- FLT Licence, VNA Licence, Scissor Lift Licence - not essential as training can be provided
