Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm

The individual needs to be:

- Highly organised

- Exceptional time management
- Good with people
- Be competent on Microsoft Office, Excel
- Willing to work outside work hours

Desirable
- Previous experience in an administration or operational role
- Experience with databases and digital systems

Duties will include:
**Thirsk Hall Events & Businesses duties**
- Assisting with the running of all events from concept to delivery
- Taking minutes and checking in with the team on the status of urgent actions
- Occasionally helping with personal admin

**Willoughby Gerrish Ltd (Thirsk Hall Sculpture Park)**
- Receiving and directing visitors to Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden
- Helping with the everyday running of the sculpture garden
- Assisting with the everyday business organisation of WG Ltd: admin, communication, meeting minutes etc
- Arranging travel and art shipments
- Updating databases
- Helping organise art fairs and exhibitions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
