‘What exactly is the kids activity sector?’ you may ask. Think dance schools, football academies, gymnastics clubs - and everything in between. You may have attended one yourself as a child - or you could be a parent with children who love their after-school club. This is a developing market with opportunities for massive growth. Our focus in 2021 will be to grow our market share.
- Have you previously worked with Marketing Automation platforms like Hubspot?
- Do you know how to write artfully crafted copy whilst also keeping commercial outcomes in mind?

Role Overview:
You will also be responsible for creating other content such as blog posts, cheat sheets and guides so being able to prioritise and work to deadlines is key. Knowledge of Hubspot would be advantageous. The content produced will be in line with the content strategy, marketing roadmap and KPIs.

Main Responsibilities - the day to day tasks:

- Know how to craft insightful, relevant and engaging copy that aligns with our brand values of: innovating where it matters, embracing creativity, being guided by science (or data), providing a service that is heartfelt and most importantly always being real.
- Keep on top of current trends to ensure our audience is served with amazing guidance, tips and advice every time - or just fun anecdotes
- Our audience consists of a heady mix of dance teachers, football coaches and more so you will need to know how to segment and provide a tailored journey for these guys.
- We are 75% about creative but we are also big on numbers so you will need to have a good understanding of key metrics and how to measure.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years copywriting experience (the more creative your background the better)
- Experience working with Marketing Automation platform (Hubspot preferable)
- Ability to use data to drive decisions and results
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience with SEO desirable
- Strong research skills
- Evidence of working with multiple formats to engage and qualify leads
- Collaborative approach to work - working well as part of a team
- Most importantly we look for team members to be able to manage and organise themselves and their time. Self-sufficiency is key

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
