Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our super friendly team. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service while delivering a wide range of hair services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity in a fast-paced and dynamic salon environment.

A great opportunity to build your business within the salon. Own clientele preferred however there is a chance to expand with our large existing client vase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, colouring treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and coloring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas
- Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques, trends, and client interactions
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring techniques
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive salon experience for clients
- Knowledge of current industry trends and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £100.00-£426.00 per week
