**Job Title: Office Administrator**

**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, answering enquiries
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain an organised office environment
- Organising skip permits with relevant councils
- Taking and processing card payments
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Taking bookings over the phone

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or relevant qualifications if a graduate
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Familiarity with invoicing - preferably sage
- Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £21,497.00-£22,849.00 per year
