Bodyshop Administrator

**Job Summary**
We're recruiting an enthusiastic individual who must have previous customer service, claims handling or case management experience. Body shop/automotive industry experience would be an advantage but not essential. Working along side the manager, body shop foreman and other admin staff, the role will be to assist the work flow from the original notification to the workshop.
This is a friendly, team orientated bodyshop, focused on quality not quantity. We hold approvals for all the main insurance and accident management companies, Mercedes CV approval and carry out repair and paint work for the main truck and van dealerships in the North West. Our workshop is equipped with the latest CV accident repair and painting equipment, close attention is paid to health and safety and staff welfare.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Assisting with the smooth workflow process from original notification to raising jobs.
Liaising with work providers and customers.
Case managing insurance claims and keeping the system up to date.
Dealing with incoming phone calls and face to face inquiries.
**Qualifications and Skills**
Previous customer service, claims handling or case management experience essential.
Automotive experience an advantage but not essential.
Audatex and estimating experience beneficial but not essential.
Knowledge of bodyshop management packages such as Pinetree or Kerridge would be useful and knowledge of repair methods and procedures would be beneficial but not essential.
