**MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR**

A Membership Advisor required for west London's best and most convenient fitness club.

This role will appeal to outgoing individuals who love to interact with the public face to face and over the telephone. You will also be target driven with a willing attitude to contribute to the club experience and culture for our members.

**About You**

You will have a proven track record in a high-quality customer-facing sales or service environment. Previous work experience in the fitness industry is not required, but a passion for health and fitness is essential. You will be the type of person able to deliver results without constant supervision and confident to offer ideas to the General Manager. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is a desire to help develop a positive and fun club culture.

We’re an independent, locally owned gym as part of a wider franchise network. Anytime Fitness is the largest fitness provider in the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- While the role is principally sales-led, you will work with the team to ensure that we achieve a positive community culture within our club, your energy and fun personality will help the team achieve our high standards of customer service.
- Selling Memberships
- Prospect Generation
- Member retention
- Club Operations
- Marketing

**Qualifications**:

- Experience within either the sales or service within the sector with a proven track record of achievement.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must, along with a top-tier customer service approach to conducting business
- Past sales skills a plus and a desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
