As a Viewing Agent, you will be responsible for supporting and developing our rental portfolio by working collaboratively with the Lettings Teams. You will ensure that the best possible service is offered to our landlords, clients and any potential tenants.

We are looking for a professional and energetic person, to ensure that all properties are successfully let to suitable tenants. A well-presented, credible, customer focussed individual who will represent our organisation to ensure that the highest quality of service is always provided.

This role requires the post holder to have access to a car and hold a full UK driving licence.

Duties and responsibilities include:
**Viewings**
- Meet with clients and assist them in viewing properties.
- Handling enquiries about properties from potential tenants.
- Liaise with Lettings Team to progress the deal from offer stage to move in.

**Door Knocking**
- Engaging with new landlords highlighting the services that we can provide
- Provision of postal addresses enabling company information & correspondence to commence
- Driving our targets to increase our portfolio of properties to market
- Driving our targets for increase rental of properties

**Other Duties**
- To visit properties and carry our inspections and condition checks.
- Provide information packs to landlords on services available, assist Landlords in completing any property related administration and keep accurate records of all landlord contact details.
- Supporting the management of landlord relationships throughout the marketing and letting process.
- Exceeding all KPIs
- Any other reasonable tasks that support the business

**Person Specification**
- IT literate - An experienced user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook with a competency level and ensures you are productive and accurate using the systems.
- Confident customer focused approach always.
- Ability to communicate clearly on the phone and in writing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, driven, and energetic.
- Willingness to work in a high paced environment, travelling to and from different properties.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A full, clean UK driving licence and own car are essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
