**Role Overview**

Community Living Limited is seeking a diligent and dedicated Administrative Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be providing comprehensive administrative support across our services in South London, specifically at Knights House, with occasional duties at our head office in Kenley. This position reports directly to the Group Head of Business Administration and the Clinical Director for the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Recruitment Assistance**: Assist with the management of recruitment processes, including the coordination of interviews, handling job postings, processing of new employee documentation, and maintaining up-to-date recruitment records.

2. **Minute Taking**: Attend meetings, accurately record minutes, and distribute them amongst relevant team members in a timely manner.

3. **Auditing**: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure all processes are in compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
- 4._ **PBS Team Administration**: Dedicate 1-2 days per week to assist the PBS team with administrative tasks such as scheduling training, minuting meetings, database management, report preparations, data and document auditing, distribution of new/updated documents, basic resource creation, recording and reporting incidents, and other related duties _(some training will be provided to understand the function and processes of the PBS Team)._

5. **Staff Training Follow-up**: Monitor and follow up on staff training completion, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

**Qualifications and Skills**

1. Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a supported living or social care setting.

2. Excellent organisational and time management skills.

3. To have worked in supported living (_Preferred not essential_)

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Excellent soft skills with the ability to build rapport and work with a range of individuals across settings.

6. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

7. An understanding of, and commitment to, confidentiality and data protection.

8. A willingness to learn some basic PBS skills (positive behaviour support) to support the role.

9. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
