As a Lead Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the impeccable quality of manufactured products. Get ready to be at the forefront of the manufacturing process, overseeing quality checks, fine-tuning machines, and swiftly addressing any issues that arise.

Your excellent communication skills will shine as you confidently issue instructions and provide essential information to our operators. As the Lead Setter, you will be conducting quality checks on samples, ensuring that our products meet and exceed our stringent standards.

**Working hours**

6am - 2pm

2pm - 10pm

10pm - 6am

**Duties**:

- Prepare, operate, and manage production equipment to fabricate, assemble, and package products according to precise specifications and unwavering quality standards.
- Conduct meticulous quality control checks to guarantee that our products meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Skillfully handle materials and tooling necessary for flawless production processes.
- Showcase your ability to read and interpret intricate technical drawings and schematics.
- Utilise your expertise with hand tools to make necessary adjustments and maintain equipment performance.
- Keep your work area immaculate and well-organized, contributing to a safe and efficient environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Machine Setter within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Familiarity with fundamental mathematical concepts, including measurement and fractions, will be advantageous.
- Desire and ability to read technical drawings and schematics using CAD software is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £14.50 per hour
