**About The Role**:
You'll work in a team to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning wash rooms/toilets, offices and accommodation areas.

To create and maintain a quality standard to the agreed specification within set time limits within a specific area. Working with the Facilities manager and alongside supervisors in ensuring agreed SLA’s are met, Health and safety is monitored with issues reported and actioned in a timely manner. The ability to be adaptive to any given situation and proactive to ensure tasks are completed to agreed timescales to agreed specifications thus allowing less of a reactive workforce.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role**- Ensure that a quality service is operated at all times
- Adhere to company policies at all times.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are of the highest standard at all times in line with company policy.
- Be the eyes and ears of the management team when on site addressing health and safety and raising any issues in a timely manner. Manage the site team in ensuring operating standards are maintained and all documents and audits are completed in the correct timeframe.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- A UK driving licence
- Good attention to detail
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Domestic experience required
- Must have current DBS
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
- Willingness to bring concerns to corporate attention via prescribed channels
