**Job Title**:Stores Assistant & Driver/Envoy

**Location**:Hayley Rail Manchester, Units 48-50, Westbrook Road, Trafford Park, Greater Manchester, M17 1AY

**Working Hours**:40 hours per week Monday to Friday _(Additional working hours may be required)_

Working as a Stores Assistant & Driver/Envoy, your main duties will involve the accurate picking of orders, packing and then dispatching these goods via internal and external transport. You will also be required to assist the team in processing stock - receiptinggoods, completing paperwork and shelving in the correct locations.

The Driver/Envoy aspect will require you to visit our customer sites and deliver stock and order the parts we supply on VMI. We deliver to numerous points of fit across production facilities. These can be racks, cupboards, storerooms, vending machines etc.

Your main duties may include:

- Picking, packing and binning orders.
- Goods in - receipt of goods, loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Ensuring onsite vending machines are at agreed stock levels and are replenished correctly.
- Identifying and resolving client concerns.
- Ensuring that all customer areas controlled by Hayley Group are clean, tidy and well-stocked.
- Product knowledge of engineering consumables and fasteners is desired, however not essential.
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Good numerical skills.
- Proficient in basic IT skills.
- Has a valid driving licence.
- Customer focused and driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
