**JOB TITLE**:WAREHOUSE CONTROLLER

**RESPONSIBLE TO**:OPERATIONS MANAGER

**JOB PURPOSE**:To implement a stock control process and a warehouse plan with defined areas for stocking**. **To ensure all deliveries into the warehouse are checked and placed in correct locations.

**SALARY BAND**:£24,000 to £28,000 per annum.

**HOURS**:Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

**PLACE OF WORK**: Head Office, which is located at K1, Kiln Farm Industrial Estate, Milton Keynes, MK11 3LW.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Flexi & Counterbalance licenses.
- Experience in Goods In.
- Experience in Warehousing.
- IT Literate.
- Organization and Planning skills.
- Strong communicator.
- Fluent in English Language.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Problem solving & root cause analysis.

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Takes ownership.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø To implement a stock control process and a warehouse plan with defined areas for stocking**.**

Ø To ensure all deliveries into the warehouse are checked and placed in correct locations.

Ø Carrying out spot checks and ensuring correct quantities are received.

Ø Updating the system and booking in products received.

Ø Highlighting any issues with the delivery to the Purchasing.

Ø Storing goods into the correct locations within the warehouse.

Ø Continuously seeking to improve the processes of goods in.

Ø Implementing any changes as instructed by the Production Management Team.

Ø Ensure all returns are logged in our CRM system and notifying customer services.

Ø Ensure all returns authorised for resend are dispatched.

Ø Assist the Production Management Team with projects.

Ø Manual Handling.

Ø Logging any errors into our CRM system.

Ø Seeking to improve systems and automation within the Warehouse.

Ø Champion cleanliness and good housekeeping within the Warehouse, carrying out daily checks on each area and report.

Ø Ensure replenishment of stock to all areas of the production line.

Ø Providing cover and support when the production team require this.

**MANAGEMENT & TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø Assist in development and promote the culture of continuous improvement, thereby recommending and implementing authorized changes.

Ø Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Ø Maintain good housekeeping of the department including the equipment within it.

Ø Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance and behavior are met at all times.

Ø Communicate effectively with all team members, colleagues and management team.

Ø Participate in the company stock takes when necessary.

In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the jobholder is required to perform any other duty requested by Management from time to time.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
