**About the Role**

The Security Team at James Hall & Co are the eyes and ears of our organisation and are integral to the safety of our employees on our 50 acre site and across the group of companies as a whole. As Security Officer, you will be responsible for important security check and protocols that will see you communicating with employees at all levels across the business.

**What will I be doing?**

The security officer position is varied and extensive and will require a level of flexibility to the role. You will work in conjunction with the core Security Guard shift pattern to enhance and support a safe and secure environment. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
- Conducting vehicle and foot patrols around the site
- Assisting in the response to emergencies and alarms
- Provide support in controlling site access and egress
- Effectively complete daily activity reports and incident reporting
- Interface with employees and visitors ensuring they are adhering to company rules
- Perform CCTV monitoring
- Conduct security checks, protocols and reports for the monitoring of building and site security
- Provide support for lone worker telephone monitoring across the company stores
