**Job Description Summary**: This role will be responsible for working with the Zone GM and partnerships and solutions leader for EMEA to manage a team of talented individuals to create meaningful commercial partnerships in the northern Europe region. This is a customer facing role and will have direct responsibility for a team of executive account managers as well as the need to work with the MES delivery teams. In addition, this individual will be expected to develop and manage relevant government relationships in the UK in partnership with the Zone GM to ensure that GE is recognized as an industry leader.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing commercial expertise across one or more countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- Typically, a 2nd line Commercial Manager with senior professional direct reports. Has ability to attract and retain talent. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
- Responsible for the P & L of the Partnerships & solutions business.
- Responsible for working across HCS to ensure appropriate solutions are presented to customers.
- Direct management of Executive account managers.
- Ensure that for England we are reaching out to ICS organization to understand market needs.
- Work with designated Solutions architect to ensure that the relevant solutions are designed for UKI market.
- Work with GE solutions heads in Oncology & Cardiology to relevant market solutions.
- Work with the MES teams to ensure:

- Success in MES deals (win rate).
- Success in MES execution (profitability of deals).
- Develop government relations beyond NHSSC, e.g., NHS England, SCCL, Department of industry & trade. Understand Government policy
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- This role requires significant experience in developing solutions linked with commercial acumen. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Significant experience within the healthcare sector.
