**Description**
- Managing and prioritising your workload to deliver customer excellence
- Managing our Customer order book end to end, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
- Keeping Customers informed of any changes; escalating, owning and resolving issues - collaboration with both our internal teams & partners and influencing our logistics partners will be key to success in this role
- Resolving non-conformance delivery queries
- Reporting, reviewing and taking actions to drive out non-conformance, working with our partners to improve service performance
- Logistics Invoicing
- Stock reconciliation and inventory management support
