**Job Description**:
We are looking to recruit to the post of Project Coordinator, the role will support the delivery and coordination of projects across the People and Skills priority area of the UKSPF grant funding.

This exciting new role based in the Connexions Service will be an opportunity to lead on the development and strategic delivery of the UKSPF NEET Grant funded programme - ‘Next Generation Bolton’ and will support the coordination and implementation in Bolton of a range of grant
- based projects through the UKSPF Community Grants.

Key tasks will include:

- Providing effective procurement and development of Education, Employment and Training (EET) provision.
- Developing and maintain relationships with stakeholder and key partners.
- Ensuring the key performance output and outcome targets and deadlines are realised.
- Supporting the monitoring and evaluation across projects to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

**About You**

You will have the drive and ambition to make a difference by using your excellent project management skills and abilities to simultaneously lead and coordinate a number of projects to successful completion.

You will have an understanding of the client group and the barriers they face in order to successfully identify, procure and develop Education, Employment and Training (EET) provision.

With highly developed interpersonal skills and a solution focus approach you will be able to demonstrate yourself as confident communicator in order to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

You will work as part of a supportive well-established team.
