**What you'll do**:
The beauty of our warehouse is that we don't expect you to work a rotating shift pattern, you have set hours which means you can plan your life

**You will be working on a 14:00-22:00 5 in 7 fixed shift basis (although currently Mon - Fri).**

You'll be the backbone of Toolstation, making sure our Stock Control department runs efficiently, making sure any task is carried out as quickly as possible. Your accuracy and attention to detail is key. Making sure all the stock is placed correctly and managing stock line queries from customers, suppliers and other part of the business. Do the job well and it means that our mail order customers get the products they’ve ordered delivered to the right place in perfect condition.

**Day-to-day**

**Mucking in.** Working quickly to move stock into accurate locations to meet supply and demand and investigating any missing stock items and answering queries.

**Communicating. **With buyers, supervisors and colleagues - helping resolve issues and notify of any supplier amendments.

**Keeping active.** Walking, a lot Being on your feet for long periods of time, lifting high volumes of items and climbing stairs.

**Building a fun working environment. **Maintaining our great product availability and standards, while making sure that your Distribution Centre is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.

**What you'll bring**:
**Previous experience in a similar role with stock control and inventory management.**

**Hard work and passion. **Just be focused the job in-hand and we’ll teach you the rest.

**A love of physical work.** Happy to work in an environment that’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter where you’re on your feet all day and lifting heavy items.

**Certificates. **Experience with a VNA truck is great. If not, a willingness to learn any equipment that is needed to carry out the job in hand.

**Attention to detail.** Able to work to a high level of accuracy whilst working quickly.

**A positive attitude.** Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation.

**Reliability.** Be there when we need you, be flexible and fun to be around.
