Trainee Veterinary Receptionist

Trainee receptionist required to join our existing team. Must be friendly and reliable with good attention to detail. Duties will include liaising with clients in person and on the telephone, using the Practice Management system (after instruction) and producing and completing paperwork, raising invoices and taking payments, filing, keeping waiting room tidy and general office duties.

This is a permanent, full-time position of 5/6 shifts over 6 days to start within the next month. Previous experience is not essential but a willingness to learn is.

The successful applicant must be a driver/car owner as occasional cover will be needed at our branch surgeries.
