**Are you a New Homes Sales Executive seeking a new role in the industry?**

We are delighted to be working with this Scottish developer as they seek to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service to each and every prospective buyer on their existing development in the highly desirable area of Bonnyrigg. As the first point of contact for this award winning house builder it will be your responsibility to provide every customer with 5 star service, guiding them through the process of buying their new build home and ensuring the greatest journey possible.

As Sales Executive, your daily remit will include:

- Taking ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process.
- Be the constant point of reference for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
- Assist clients throughout the process with their selections/choices.
- Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client, including full explanation of all benefits and features
- Monitor legal completion dates, exchange of contracts/conclusion of missive and sales incentive plans.
- Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time-frames.
- Ensure that market research, price bench-marking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets for the development.
- Continuous monitoring of sales literature for accuracy including the Consumer Code for Home Builders and the Property Misdescriptions Act.
- Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site against legal requirements and company policy.

Strong IT skills are needed as is a proven track record of delivering customer service excellence. As this is a stand alone role, it is essential you have some experience from the newbuild homes industry as you will be expected to hit the ground running.

Working hours are 11am - 5pm Thursday through to Monday with a hugely competitive commission structure split on missives and completion and top up bonuses for extras and there is also a mileage allowance for travel to and from site
