The Summer Sales Trainee program is designed for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in sales. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, develop essential sales skills, and make meaningful contributions to our sales team.

**Duties**:

- Comprehensive sales training covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management
- Shadowing experienced sales professionals to observe sales processes and strategies in action
- Participating in sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiatives
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn about different aspects of the business

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

Pay: From £24,106.15 per year
