**Location**:

Street / Frome / Wells

Rate of Pay:

- £22.00 per hour on a cis basis (Paye option also available)

37 hours per week

Must have own vehicle to get to site

A market leading social housing provider would like to secure a Multi-Skilled Plumber to start on the Somerset area.

**Day to day duties include**:

- Working on void and occupied social housing properties
- Conducting a wide array of plumbing works
- Fitting full bathrooms
- Undertaking duties to include patching and tiling
- Being able to work individually and within a team
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures on site
- Providing high levels of customer service whilst working in occupied properties
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- A full, valid driving license
- Level 2 / 3 or NVQ in plumbing will be advantageous
