Purchase Ledger Clerk

Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Open & sort through daily post
- Scan invoices on to the system
- Clear authorised invoices
- Deal with any queries logged
- Clear unallocated cash if needed
- Liaise with colleagues and customers
- Statement reconciliations
- Answering incoming calls
- Assistance of other team members
Key Requirements:
- Must have a methodical approach and have the ability to prioritise
- Have a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- Be proactive in their work
- Support and effect change where necessary
- Be a strong team player
The successful applicant will have:
Strong Purchase Ledger experience
High levels of attention for detail
A Hardworking and proactive attitude
