Overview:
We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals in need. This is a rewarding role where you can make a positive impact on the lives of others. please read the must haves before applying.

MUST HAVE...
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Must have drivers licence and transport.
- 6 months experience working in the residential setting with children showing on your CV.
- level 2 or above in health and social care children or working towards.
- registered with the Care council Wales or in process.

**Duties**:

- Provide childcare and support for children in various settings
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues
- Assist with the implementation of care plans and support strategies
- Help individuals develop essential life skills
- Support individuals with their daily activities and personal care needs
- Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Utilize IT systems for record keeping and reporting
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as required

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
