Are you already a Special Constable looking for a new challenge in a new force area? Or perhaps you are looking for an opportunity to re-join as a Special Constable? Cleveland wants to hear from you if you are.
- Hold independent patrol status or equivalent
- Be able to perform at least 16 hours per month of operational policing duties
- Be interested in helping the communities of Cleveland
- Be able to pass pre-employment and vetting checks.

Specific training will be given to support you carry out specialist roles and our dedicated units are still encouraged to support the work of the rest of the special constabulary and get involved with supporting regular policing activity across the force. This is a great opportunity for you to develop as a special constable and work in a force that is dedicated to ensuring special constables flourish to the best of their ability.
