My client is currently in need of a Accounts Payable - temp to perm to join their busy accounts team in Weybridge. My client is a well established business with a great reputation for their staff welfare and customer relationship

**Description**

The role of Accounts Payable - temp to perm will involve, but not be limited to:

- Processing supplier invoices
- Payment runs - Bacs and Chaps
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Month end tasks - accurals, prepayments
- Managing company credit cards
- Excel reports
- Ad-hoc accounts and analysis
- Expenses

**Profile**

To be sucessful for the role of Accounts Payable - temp to perm, you will:

- Prior accounts payable knowledge
- Understanding of double entry boo-keeping
- Good systems skills
- Will do attitude
- Able to communicate with stakeholders
- Can commute to Weybridge 2/3 days per week
- you can work from home on other days
- Able to start at short notice
