- **Recognition and Support**: Celebrate colleagues' excellent service and help resolve any barriers to providing great service.
- **Staff Management**: Ensure the store is adequately staffed, find cover for short-term absences, and act as a keyholder for alarm call-outs.
- **Internal Communication**: Monitor and act on internal communications promptly.
- **Balanced Time Management**: Balance time between service and replenishment areas.
- **Absence Management**: Support the Store Manager in managing absences, conduct return-to-work interviews, and report absence triggers according to company policy.
- **Relationship Building**: Build strong relationships with the Area Manager and People Partner, seeking advice and support when needed and benefiting from coaching opportunities.
- **Target Achievement**: Contribute to achieving store targets by aligning team efforts with weekly and monthly sales goals, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to meet these objectives
