Weston Hospital is offering an exciting opportunity for a hybrid role providing educational consistency over Wards and Theatres.

The post holder will be expected to primarily work core Monday - Friday hours - This post can be part time or a Job Share.
- To provide and maintain a noticeable clinical presence, working alongside nursing and healthcare staff, enabling all staff to achieve their professional objectives.
- To provide support and development for the whole nursing workforce within Weston Hospital encompassing wards and theatres.
- To assist the Lead Practice Education Facilitator with the development and implementation of programmes of education and training and to maintain a database of staff development.
- Provide education and training to multidisciplinary team staff and assist in the delivery of training programmes for nurses to expand their skills.
- To facilitate and support staff retention by ensuring clinical support, progressive job satisfaction and opportunities for staff personal development.
- Support and facilitate staff to identify opportunities for maintaining and improving standards of patient care.
- In collaboration with the Lead Practice Education Facilitator to promote a quality service using research and evidence based practice.
