General Purpose:
To assist the Operations team, and ensure all products are prepared and ready for despatch to customers.

Duties include:

- Providing production support, again as required to other departments
- Works a flexible schedule to keep up with production demand during busy production periods
- Keeping the machines and work area clean and tidy during the shift
- Works cordially with team members
- Meets production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality
- Pays constant attention to surroundings to reduce accidents and injuries
- Any additional tasks that fall within your competency as directed by supervisors/managers

**Essential skills required**:

- Previous experience in production/manufacturing environments,
- Experience in packaging and stores work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail, and able to follow procedures and work instructions

**Salary**: £10.52 per hour
